Boot Camp
Our Boot Camp is designed to burn as many calories as possible in the shortest amount of time. With many exercises and activities taken from "real" Boot Camp, this program is designed by a former US Army Ranger and ran by Nationally Certified Personal Trainers. All fitness levels are welcome! Now is the time for you to get that extra motivation and results that you need. Our program also includes 3 months access to our online nutrition program at no extra charge!
All sessions are 1 hour in length. Sessions will be available in the morning and evening. T-shirts will be awarded to all participants that complete at least 2 sessions every week!
